Omar Vizquel New Angels Infield Instructor

He spent 24 years in the Major Leagues dazzling everyone with his ability to play defense, and now Omar Vizquel has decided give coaching a whirl, as he’s agreed to be the new roving infield instructor for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, according to reports. How qualified is Vizquel? Well, he’s racked up 11 Gold Gloves during his career, and currently has played the most games at shortstop in MLB history (2,709 games). I’d say that makes him worthy enough to instruct.
